Your quote will distinguish the one-off website build from domain registration, hosting, third-party services and any optional ongoing work. There are no published hosting or maintenance rates yet; request a breakdown for your project.
Domain and hosting providers set their own fees and renewal terms. The provider, account arrangements, billing responsibility and any recurring costs will be confirmed before you agree to the project.
Optional maintenance can cover text and image updates, routine checks and platform updates where applicable. Choose ad hoc help or an agreed ongoing arrangement.
Maintenance is quoted separately by scope and platform. The work covered, frequency, response arrangements, backups where applicable and exclusions must be agreed in writing. Maintenance is separate from the build fee and is never compulsory. No ongoing plan or service level is included by default.
Your logo if available, approved copy, images you have permission to use, business information and timely feedback. Copywriting, photography and branding are not included unless quoted.
Estimates run from an agreed start date after content is ready. Availability, feedback, revisions and integrations affect delivery. Your quote confirms a realistic schedule.
A consolidated round of feedback on the agreed design and content. Extra pages, new features or a change in direction are discussed and priced before additional work.
E-commerce, custom booking, memberships and specialist integrations are outside these standard packages. We’ll assess feasibility and quote separately.
Editing arrangements depend on the agreed platform. Your written quote will confirm the files or account access to be handed over, any guidance, and the scope of launch support. An ongoing support period, training package or maintenance plan is not promised unless it is explicitly included in that quote.
Your written quote will set out payment stages and when the final balance is due. No deposit percentage or payment schedule is assumed here; please review and agree the terms before work begins.
The quote sets out ownership and licence terms. After final payment, agreed deliverables and account access are handed over. Third-party software, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences.
